⚜️ About You

This role is a great fit if you:

• Develop and maintain data models and structures in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BW on HANA, including InfoObjects, DSOs/ADSOs, InfoCubes, CompositeProviders, and Transformations.
• Design, develop, and deploy artifacts within SAP Datasphere (formerly known as SAP Data Warehouse Cloud), including spaces, views, data flows, and connections to various sources (both SAP and non-SAP). 
• Build and optimize complex data flows, ETL/ELT processes, and data provisioning techniques between source systems, SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere.
• Configure and manage data replication and virtualization strategies between SAP BW and SAP Datasphere to ensure data synchronization and accessibility.
• Develop SQL Scripts or Stored Procedures for advanced data manipulation and logic within the SAP HANA layer and Datasphere.
• Implement data quality and governance standards across the data warehouse landscape.
• Tune and optimize the performance of data models, queries, and loading processes in both the BW and Datasphere environments.
• Ensure all developed solutions adhere to best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability
• Provide expertise and support for reporting tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BusinessObjects (BOBJ) connected to the underlying data models.
• Document all development work, including data lineage, design specifications, and test plans.
• Experience with Databricks for complementary data lake solutions, advanced analytics, and integrating with SAP data sources for hybrid architectures, is highly valued.

• Work on high-impact, long-term projects with one of our most strategic clients, contributing to the foundation of future AI and analytics initiatives.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders and SAP leadership, influencing decisions that shape enterprise-wide data architecture and strategy.
• Help build and evolve a scalable data warehouse architecture in SAP BW and Datasphere, supporting both operational reporting and advanced analytics.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration, consistency, and performance across diverse SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Define and enforce data governance standards, contributing to a secure, compliant, and high-quality data landscape across the organization.
• Enable innovation by preparing the data backbone for AI-driven solutions, ensuring readiness for future automation and intelligent applications.
• Own the technical delivery of AI-related data projects, including ETL/ELT design, warehouse setup, and automation of recurring tasks.
• Collaborate across teams to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions, bridging the gap between strategy and execution.
