⚜️ About You

This role is a great fit if you have:

• A strong interest in product design, service design, and human-centered design methodologies.

• Curiosity about designing digital products and services that solve real user problems.

• Interest in planning and conducting research, including qualitative user research and market analysis.

• Some exposure to designing user flows and interactions for digital products.

• Experience or familiarity with creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.

• A good eye for visual design and crafting engaging interaction or communication elements.

• Interest in user testing and validation methodologies.

• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, personas, or service blueprints.

• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

• Strong English communication skills; other languages are always a plus.
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.

• Skills or interest in UX writing, system design, or facilitating workshops.
