We pride ourselves on building machines of assistance: AI systems that extend and amplify human capability and ingenuity. As an AI Architect, you translate business and user requirements into scalable AI system designs. You contribute to defining system architectures, validating feasibility through prototyping, and supporting the transition from PoCs to production-ready solutions.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, business value, and service design. It exists to ensure AI systems are designed from the outset with scalability, maintainability, unintended consequences, and real-world organisational constraints in mind.

We are open to different backgrounds, as long as there is strong analytical thinking and technical depth.

This role is a great fit if you have:

• Some exposure to enterprise software or regulated environments

• Familiarity with business case assessment or value modelling

• Experience working in cross-functional teams

What This Role Is (and Isn’t)

⚜️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business goals and user needs into scalable AI system architectures

• Contribute to the design of LLM-based systems and agentic workflows

• Support early-stage scoping and technical feasibility assessments

• Help move solutions from prototype to production

• Contribute to evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and system robustness

• Document architectural decisions and create modular, reusable patterns

• Support business case reasoning (impact, ROI, trade-offs)

• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product leads

You will develop:

• Strong AI system architecture capabilities

• Experience navigating enterprise AI deployment constraints

• Business-value reasoning for meaningful AI initiatives

• The ability to design AI systems that operate reliably at scale
